How do I generate an XML sitemap with this tool?

What happens to invalid or empty lines?
Empty lines are skipped automatically and never appear in your sitemap. Lines that do not start with a web address scheme are also skipped, and the tool reports how many were removed. Check that report before downloading, fix any mistyped addresses, and generate the sitemap again if needed.
Where do I submit my sitemap after downloading it?
Upload the XML file to your website root, then submit its address in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Search engines can also discover it from your robots.txt file if you list it there. After submission, check the coverage report to confirm your pages were found and indexed.
